The music at CrossCountry Cowboy Church is presented in a familiar country style.  Many people that attend our church, and the people that we are trying to reach with the Gospel, listen to country music. Our goal is to use a musical style that is familiar to our community and visitors to engage them in worship.  You will hear songs with a positive message that promote strong biblical ideals on love, marriage, family, our country or other Christian values. You may even hear a song that you heard on the radio. We also sing hymns and choruses that may be familiar to people that have attended church before. But we arrange them with a country sound.  It is important to us as a ministry to be aware of the world we live in and realize that life is not always easy.  We recognize that sometimes a certain song can speak to a situation in someone's life and that may not be something that most people would expect at church.  For many people, music is an emotional connection to life, and we want to use music to connect them with the good news of hope in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Nashville is known as Music City USA, and we feel privileged to minister to a unique blend of people using a music style that is most associated with our city.  Our best example to follow is Jesus, and He spent time in places that religious establishments would shun. He engaged with people that were from all walks of life and social statuses.  Our ministry team members may be found downtown at live music venues  singing songs and socializing with people that need to hear the Gospel.  Building relationships and sharing our faith is a way that we can reach people that may never hear about Jesus otherwise.  As the song states, “We may be the only Jesus they ever see”.

“Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners,” Matt. 9: 12 & 13.
